Justice is served…Taste it!

Hallelujah!

Ladies and Gentlemen, we will all be able to sleep rest assured tonight because Drew Peterson is FINALLY behind bars.

That's one mug I'm not going to miss!

That's one mug I'm not going to miss!

On Thursday afternoon, police arrested the indicted murderer, Peterson, in Bolingbrook.  Always the bell of the ball, Peterson said, “I should have returned those library books.”  What an ass.

Will County State’s Atty. James Glasgow will personally lead the lawsuit against Peterson.  In an act showing complete power, Glasgow set Peterson’s bail at $20 million.  Following the 10 percent rule, Peterson would be responsible to come up with $2 million to get out of jail by his rescheduled arraignment date of May 18- I’m thinking that’s probably NOT going to happen…

This little bit of justice is brought to you by the new law that permits hearsay to be used as evidence.  While Peterson is suspected by many all of Illinois to be the murderer of both his third and fourth wife, his arrest was only on behalf of third wife, Kathleen Savio.  Savio was said to have drowned in an empty bathtub in 2004, and her body was exhumed a few years later upon suspicion of foul-play.

While I’m glad that freakshow is going to spend some time in the slammer, I will admit that I’m going to miss waking up every morning to his crazy antics on the news.  However, him being out of society for a while may be the best news Chicago has seen this year…

  • The comments he’s made so far… it’s like, REALLY? Do you NOT know what might happen to you? His library books comment, his “wow, look at this outfit and this bling!” in reference to his new orange jumpsuit and handcuffs. You really have to wonder what goes on through these people’s heads… it’s like there’s a disconnect there. What makes you say such comments?? Ugh, this thing needs to be solved already so this guy can shut his mouth.
